Which size do you need?

You need the 4oz if: you're running high-volume counter service and portion consistency matters. The cup itself enforces the scoop size — no over-scooping, no margin leak, no training required.

You need the 5oz if: you want the customer to feel they've had a generous serving without giving away margin. Room for a flake or a drizzle. The size most Irish parlours reorder first when stock runs low.

You need the 8oz if: you're selling a double scoop or a premium single serving — the kind a family orders, walks out the door with, and comes back for. At 4oz you're selling a scoop. At 8oz you're selling a moment.
