Deliveries

Our deliveries are shipped either through our preferred courier service or directly from Discount Till Rolls. Orders for till rolls placed before 2pm are typically shipped the same day and take 1 to 2 days to arrive, usually on the next business day (Monday to Friday). We cannot provide a specific delivery time in advance. Please note that timed deliveries are not available with this service.

Upon delivery, someone authorized to receive the package must sign for it. If no one is available to accept the delivery, the courier will leave a calling card and make up to three additional attempts to deliver the package. If the package is not received after the third attempt, it will be returned to our warehouse.

If the package is returned to our warehouse due to no one being available to receive the order, it can be shipped again at the buyer's expense. A delivery charge will be incurred for the reshipment of the order.

Goods Ordered Incorrectly

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the products are unused and in fully resalable condition.

If you have ordered the wrong item or placed an order in error, you will be responsible for the original outbound shipping cost of €8 per parcel, even where delivery was initially offered free of charge.

Customers must arrange and pay for return shipping. If you would prefer us to organise collection, this can be arranged at a cost of €12 + VAT per parcel.

All approved returns for incorrectly ordered goods are subject to a 20% restocking fee, in addition to applicable shipping costs.

If goods are returned due to non-delivery or incorrect ordering, a refund will be issued for the value of the goods less €8 per parcel to cover courier costs within Ireland. EU shipping charges are non-refundable in these circumstances.

We strongly recommend insuring all return shipments, as we cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. We are not liable for goods damaged during return transport.

If, upon inspection, the returned goods are found to be defective or the error is determined to be ours, the restocking fee will be refunded in full.

Weekends and Bank Holiday Deliveries

We do not make deliveries on Saturdays, Sundays, or bank holidays unless you have received prior confirmation from Discount Till Rolls
