Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date.

All items must be unused, unopened and in fully resalable condition. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet these requirements.

Incorrect Orders & Shipping Deductions

If you have ordered goods incorrectly or by mistake, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

Where delivery was originally provided free of charge, the outbound shipping cost of €8 per parcel will also be deducted from your refund.

For returns due to incorrect ordering or non-delivery within Ireland, a refund will be issued for the value of the goods less €8 per parcel to cover courier costs. EU shipping charges are non-refundable in these circumstances.

Food Packaging

For reasons of health and safety, opened food packaging cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Shipping Responsibility

Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping.

If you would prefer us to arrange collection, this can be organised at a cost of €12 + VAT per parcel.

We strongly recommend insuring all return shipments, as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost or damaged in transit.

Restocking Fees

All approved returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

If returned goods are not in unused and fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse the return.

If, upon inspection, the goods are confirmed to be defective or the error is determined to be ours, any applicable restocking fee will be waived or refunded in full.
