The most popular Zebra label is the 102x152mm (4x6 inch) shipping label, used by couriers and online sellers. After that come square 102x102mm labels, 102x50mm and 76x51mm product labels, and small 57x32mm shelf edge labels. Standard Zebra desktop printers take labels up to about 104mm wide on a 25mm core, while narrower 2-inch models take labels up to about 60mm wide.

Width is always the first number, measured across the roll. Height is the second, measured along the roll.

Will these labels fit my Zebra printer?

Check three things.

1. Maximum width. Standard 4-inch desktop models take labels up to about 104mm wide. 2-inch models take labels up to about 60mm wide, so 102mm labels will not fit them.
2. Core size. Most desktop Zebra printers take a 25mm core, which is what our Zebra-compatible labels use. Industrial printers often use a larger 76mm core.
3. Roll diameter. Desktop printers have a limit on how big a roll fits inside the case. Our rolls are sized for standard desktop models.

The model name is on the front or the label underneath the printer. If you are unsure, send us the model and we will confirm.

Which Zebra label is best for shelf edge prices?

The 57x32mm perforated label is the usual choice for shelf edge prices in Irish shops. It is small enough to sit on a shelf strip, with room for a price, description and barcode. For bigger shelf tickets, the 67x42mm labels give more space.

Can I get coloured Zebra shipping labels?

Are these direct thermal or thermal transfer?

Our Zebra-compatible labels are direct thermal, most with a protective top coat. That means no ribbon, and the labels resist moisture and scuffing better than basic uncoated stock. If your Zebra printer has a ribbon loaded, you can still print direct thermal labels by removing the ribbon and switching the media setting.
