55mm vs 70mm Diameter — Which Do You Need?

The width is the same (57mm) but the diameter is different. A 55mm roll is physically smaller than a 70mm roll — it holds less paper per roll and is designed for tills with a shallower paper compartment that won't fit a full 70mm roll. If you're unsure which diameter your till takes, measure an existing roll across its face, or check the till's manual. Loading a 70mm roll into a 55mm compartment will result in it not fitting or jamming. If your till accepts 70mm rolls, our 57x70mm BPA-free rolls give you more paper per roll and better value per box.
