31x22mm vs 32x19mm vs 32x25mm – Which Ultra-Small Label Do You Need?

All three are in the ultra-small label range — the 31x22mm sits between the 32x19mm and the 32x25mm (800261-105) in height. The 31x22mm is 3mm taller than the 32x19mm — more vertical print area for a barcode or short description, and 780 more labels per roll (2,780 vs 2,000). It’s 3mm shorter than the 32x25mm — use it when the 25mm height is slightly too tall for your product surface but the 19mm height doesn’t give you enough print area. The 31x22mm also gives you 200 more labels per roll than the 32x25mm (2,780 vs 2,580). All use the same 25mm core and Zebra desktop printer compatibility.
