Loading Your Kienzle Argo 1157

Never pull the paper manually — always use the feed key. Trim any rough edges from the leading end before inserting. Push the plain-cut edge into the paper slot at the top of the printer as far as it will go, then press the feed key until paper appears at the front. If the first receipt prints blank, the roll is in the wrong way — flip it so the shiny (coated) side faces the print head and feed again. When the coloured warning stripe starts appearing on receipts, you're near the end — load a fresh roll before the next fare.
